So over the Thanksgiving weekend there were two big ‘stories’ being covered by all the ‘entertainment’ blogs and bouncing around Twitter.  The first was where a guy got on a plane and claimed to have gotten in a ‘feud’ with another passenger.  He detailed how she was mean and inconsiderate

Prank feuds that involve real brands can cause damage. How should Pace have handled this? Well, first, by Being a Person (http://bit.ly/OrderBeAPerson). They should have been monitoring for this type of activity, and should have called this person out, perhaps in a humorous way, but to let all who were following know that it was a hoax.
